Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat medication may be requested using the computer prescription counterfoil. Please tick the items you require and either hand this in to the surgery or send by post. Prescriptions will be available for collection within two working days. If you supply a stamped, addressed envelope we will be able to return your prescription to you. We regret that prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone. Your local chemist may be willing to collect prescriptions from the surgery for you by prior arrangement with him/her.
